Access to these submissions is limited to authorized Adamo Group team members who reasonably need the information to evaluate or respond to the submission.
Our website-hosting and technology provider, Lovable, may host, store, or otherwise process the submissions on our behalf. Lovable acts as a technology service provider and is not authorized by us to use Strategy Call information for Adamo Group’s unrelated marketing purposes.

5. Cookies and Analytics
The Sites may use cookies and similar technologies to operate effectively, remember preferences, understand Site use, measure performance, and improve content.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with the Sites.
Google Analytics may collect information such as:
- IP address;
- Device and browser information;
- Approximate location;
- Pages visited;
- Referring websites;
- Interactions with Site features; and
- Visit dates and durations.
Google may use cookies or similar technologies to provide its analytics services. Google processes this information according to its own policies.
You may be able to limit analytics collection by adjusting your browser settings, rejecting nonessential cookies when a consent tool is available, or using the [Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on](https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
For more information, review [Google’s explanation of how it uses information from sites that use its services](https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites).
Browser Controls
Most browsers allow you to delete or block cookies. Blocking certain cookies may affect Site functionality.
Because browser signals and legal standards continue to evolve, the Sites may not respond uniformly to every “Do Not Track” signal.
6. Google Calendar
We may use Google Calendar or related Google scheduling services to arrange Strategy Calls, presentations, or other meetings.
When you schedule or participate in a meeting, Google may process information such as your name, email address, meeting details, and other information you provide through the scheduling process.
Google’s processing of that information is governed by its own privacy policies and settings.
7. Embedded YouTube Videos
The Sites may contain embedded YouTube videos.
When a page containing an embedded YouTube video loads or when you interact with a video, YouTube or Google may receive information about your device and activity. This may include your IP address, the page URL, device or browser information, cookie identifiers, and information about your interaction with the video.
Google and YouTube process this information under their own policies. You can learn more by reviewing the [Google Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy).
Where reasonably available, we may use privacy-enhanced embedding options, but those options do not necessarily prevent all information from being transmitted to Google or YouTube.

Information retained in backup systems may remain for a limited additional period before being deleted through routine backup processes.
11. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
These measures may include limiting access to authorized personnel and using reputable hosting and technology service providers.
However, no website, internet transmission, or electronic-storage system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of personal information.
12. Your Choices and Privacy Requests
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to request that we:
